TEAM ROH will inform you by 4 to 6 PM everyday on the WhatsApp Cooks group for the next day's lunch requests. If your name appears on the list then you can prepare the committed meals.
Your meals need to be ready by 12 noon for the delivery agent to pick it up.
ROH will be providing five compartment meal trays, ROH name stickers and delivery bags to you once you have signed up.
Ensure the boxes are tightly closed and stick the name stickers on top. Place the meal boxes safely in the delivery bag so that the delivery agent can pick it up from your location.
The pick up will be booked by the patient on the Swiggy Genie app.
The delivery agent will contact you on reaching the location for the pickup. Please ensure to cross-verify the name of the patient before handing over the meals.
If you face any difficulty in communicating/confirming the details of the patients, kindly reach out to your assigned volunteer for help.
Incase of multiple pick-ups in a day (if you are assigned more than 1 patient), kindly confirm the patient's name with the delivery agent to ensure the right number of meal boxes are sent to every patient.
Most delivery partners offer no-contact Pick-up and Delivery. We request you to leave the meal trays for pickup in front of your doorstep or at the apartment security to ensure contactless pickup, because your safety is our first priority.
Kindly inform us 36 hours before the next day’s lunch if you're planning to stop cooking. We can make sure that the patient is receiving the meals from other cooks if you inform us within time.
We will get the extra meal trays picked up from your location once you let us know.
Kindly maintain communication with your zone volunteer in the WhatsApp group for any doubts.
If patients love your food and reach out to you for other meals do keep us in the loop and let your zone volunteer know to avoid confusion later.
